- Exchange: unboxing video is compuslory after you receive the jewel
- W refund payments received, only if our product that had reached you is defective or damaged, due to shipping. We request the customers to inform us immediately on receiving the parcel that there is an issue/damage.
- If in your order, there is any defective or damaged product, you can send us back the product on the same address from which we have sent, within three (3) days and we will replace and send you back a fresh piece or if the above is not possible, we will refund your paid amount on the exchanged product.
We will refund the partial amount only, in the following situations:
a. If the product that is returned after five (5) days of delivery.
b. If the customer has informed us of the damage after 2 days of receipt of shipment.
Items that do not meet these criteria or are stated as non-returnable will be denied refund.
Incase any damage due to shipment you have to send goods with your money to the address we are ready for exchanging .
Refund or cancel amount will be given only to tez or paytm

If there is any exchange the damage or replace product should be dispatched by next day itself
Refunded is given only when the stock is not available.
In case your parcel is returned because your not available or incomplete address or phone is not reachable or village area then order won't be cancelled or refund the same. Shipping costs has to pay again for new location.
In order to be eligible for a return, your returned product(s) should meet the following criteria:
- The product should be returned within 24hrs beyond which we will not make any refund /
- The item must be unused and be kept in the same condition as delivered.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
